June 5, 2025. Today marks the release of Nintendo’s newest gaming console, aptly named “Nintendo Switch 2.”

Since its main reveal, it has been met with a lot of criticism, namely for its price. Some people don't mind the price for the console; they are more upset that Mario Kart World, their launch game, is $80 (damn near $100 for Canadians). Did Nintendo fumble the ball on the Switch 2’s release? Why? How? I mean, every console generation has hiccups, of course. Rollouts are never going to be 100% perfect. But given the energy Nintendo was working with, it was going to be tough regardless.

Last time I talked about the astrology concerning Nintendo’s next generation, I made a prediction and recommendation. Although I didn’t get the exact month, I technically was right because it is still Spring 2025 right now. Looking at this date of June 5, it really is Nintendo doing everything they can to mitigate any negativity for their new console. You could say they were/are in a bit of a conundrum. They didn't have me advising them, and I wasn't spitting out any more free game. I'm not sure why in the world they would choose June 5 as a release. Maybe their astrologer jumped ship and they didn't have a clue when to launch, so they frantically elected June 5. That's what it seems like to me in choosing such a date. If they had waited until after Jupiter went into Cancer on June 9, after the Jupiter square Saturn, plus, Mars square Uranus on June 15, they wouldn't have to face some of these obstacles right now. Now, they will be facing them for the foreseeable future because it's baked into the chart.

SMH. This honestly looks like a rookie mistake. Like, “Well, Venus and Jupiter are in a sextile” If you just waited… Venus & Jupiter would not not be in detriment in a volatile degree like the 29th, with Venus squaring Pluto dummy…

In my previous discussion, Nintendo had Pluto in Capricorn at 18 degrees. Originally I didn't know how this would manifest, especially because Pluto's energy is as imperceptible as you can get. Now, it’s starting to become pretty clear. Capricorn is the sign of businesses and structures. It’s ruled by Saturn, the planet of the past and karma. Nintendo fell back into horrible business practices. The Switch 1’s Pluto trine seems to be manifesting as them thinking what they are doing as a business won’t be much of a big deal. Right now they’re worried about self-preservation and in turn, it’s destroying their own foundation: the gamers that built them up. Nintendo has not been innocent of corporate greed in recent years, but this generation will expose it all. That was what that Pluto in the original Nintendo Switch chart symbolized. (Well one, many things) Pluto in Capricorn is opposite to Nintendo’s core identity, the sun in Cancer. They are slowly transforming into a company that puts the consumer last. I mean, they know we’ll still buy it anyway, right?

Saturn, the ruler of that Pluto in Capricorn, has just moved into Aries, the most egotistical, selfish sign in its most negative expression. In Nintendo’s chart, the sun is in 22, which is already a Capricorn degree, and it’s being squared by Pluto too. So the 18-degree Pluto trine we talked about last time was only further activating the natal square’s energy. In other words, making the flow of energy more readily manifestable. In the years to come, Saturn will make an opposition with Nintendo’s first house planets, including their Pluto in Libra. Just how much worse will all this get?
